Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 May 2026

Welcome to Lerya. By using the app you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

1. What Lerya is

Lerya is a color diary. You capture photos of things whose color catches your eye, the app extracts a palette, and you build a personal collection over time. There's an optional social layer where you can share captures with others.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older to use Lerya. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't impersonate other people. Don't post someone else's private information.

3. What you post

You keep ownership of the photos, palettes, notes, and lists you create.

By making a capture Public, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and display it inside Lerya and in material promoting Lerya. This license ends when you delete the content or your account. Private captures are not covered by this license — they're only visible to you.

4. Photos you upload

Only upload photos you took yourself, or that you otherwise have the right to share.

Don't post photos where other people are clearly identifiable without their consent. Don't post photos that infringe someone else's rights.

If you photograph somewhere with posted rules about photography, follow them.

5. Content we don't allow

  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats
  • Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance, immediate ban, reported to authorities)
  • Content that infringes copyright or other rights
  • Spam, scams, or automated mass-posting
  • Impersonation

6. Moderation and takedown

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

If you believe content on Lerya infringes your rights, or shows you without your consent, write to legal@lerya.app with the details and the link or username where it appears. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

7. The service

Lerya is provided as is, without warranties. We try hard, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update these terms. We'll tell you in the app if we make material changes.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. That removes your captures, palettes, notes, and lists. Technical backups may persist up to 30 days, then are erased.

9. Law

EU consumers keep the right to bring claims in their country of residence.
